About Rabbi Burg

Rabbi Steven Burg is the Director General - Mankal of Aish HaTorah. He previously served as the Eastern Director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Museum of Tolerance, as well as the Managing Director of the OU and International Director of NCSY. Rabbi Burg has his Masters in Medieval Jewish History and has studied at Harvard and Kellogg Business schools.

About Rabbi Rosman

Rabbi Dovid Rosman is the Director of Yeshiva Aish HaTorah and the Dean of the Gesher program. He also heads Aish’s Intermediate Beis Medrash Program for Collegiate students. He delivers a daily shiur to the Gesher students. He gives very popular classes on the topics of relationships, preparation for a Jewish marriage, and raising children. Students also love his mussar vaads and weekly shmoozes. After graduating from MTA, Rabbi Rosman learned at Yeshivat Heichal HaTorah. He then went on to receive his B.A. and Rabbinic Ordination from Yeshiva University. Upon moving to Israel with his wife he studied in the Kollel of Yeshivas Mir and began teaching in Aish HaTorah. He is also a freelance writer, with articles published in Hamodia and Mishpacha magazines, in the Yated Neeman newspaper and Aish.com. He loves music and is a great piano player. Some of his classes can be found on OU Radio and YU Torah. Rabbi Rosman lives with his wife and family in Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem, where they frequently host Gesher students.

About Rabbi Elsant

Rabbi Nachman Elsant is a Rebbe and Educational Director at Gesher. He is beloved by his students for his dedication and care. He has an amazing way of teaching Gemara to beginners and bringing students to love Torah and Judaism. In addition, he gives a class on Agadata, showing the deep spiritual lessons that can be learned from the Gemara. He also teaches shiurim on Halacha, Character Development and The Six Constant Mitzvos. Rabbi Elsant is also the visionary behind our program's chessed and kiruv activities. After graduating from MTA, he spent several years learning in Shaalvim, Yeshiva University, and Derech HaTalmud. After completing a BA in Computer Science from YU, he received Rabbinic Ordination from the YU/RIETS – Wexner Smicha Honors Program. Rabbi Elsant has also been a Rebbe at the NCSY Summer Kollel. Having come on Aliyah, he lives with his wife and children in Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem, where they enjoy the company of their yeshiva and seminary students at their lively Shabbos meals.

About Rabbi Greene

Rabbi Ephy Greene has been teaching in the US & Israel for over 15 years. A graduate of Yeshiva University, he received Semicha from RIETS and an MA from the Azrielli Graduate School of Education. While teaching in Ramaz Middle School and SAR High School, Rabbi Greene built original educational programs such as Family Torah Programming, an Israel Guidance department, and Religious Guidance department. Upon Aliyah in 2008, Rabbi Greene taught at Yeshivat Torat Shraga and served as Chessed Programming Coordinator. Rabbi Greene has also taught at Midreshet AMIT, Mercaz Tiferet, and graduated the ATID Fellowship. In his spare time, Rabbi Greene sings and composes original music, and has produced two Cd's of original compositions, Ashrei (2007) and Samachti (2012) plus the 2015 single release of "Nachamu". Rabbi Greene's classes and kumsitz's share a depth of inspiration and aspiration which have endeared him to hundreds of students. Rabbi Greene lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and children who love when the Gesher boys come for Shabbos.

About Rabbi Miller

Rav Yoni Miller is Gesher's Director of Programming and Student Life. A musmach of both Rav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg as well as of Yeshiva University's RIETS, Rav Miller’s truest passion in life is to share his love of Torah, Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael. Throughout Gesher's fantastic programming, Rav Miller attempts help the students see how the values which we learn inside of the Beis Medrash can truly come alive in fantastic ways when we're outside of it.  When he's not planning or running a trip or a chagiga or helping out the students with any of their needs, he can be found learning bechavrusa with many of Gesher's talmidim. In his shiurim, Rav Miller often draws from his love of Chassidus in order to transmit the warmth and depth of Torah to his beloved students.  Rav Miller, his wife Ariel and their three daughters Yocheved, Daliah and Maayan live in the Givat Mordechai neighborhood of Yerushalayim.

About Rabbi Caller

Hailing from London, Rabbi Yonasan Caller is a Rebbe and Educational Director at Gesher. He teaches Gemara, Navi and Halacha, and gives powerful, inspiring late-night classes on appreciating the blessings of life through understanding the blessings we make. Rabbi Caller is also the Founding Director of the Aish Summer Leadership Kollel. After attending both Hasmo and City of London School, Rabbi Caller learned in Yeshivat HaKotel, Nesivos Aharon and Mir. Having completed the University of Manchester's flagship degree in International Business, Finance and Economics, Rabbi Caller pursued his dream and passion to share the beauty and depth of the Torah with the Jewish People. He spent 3 years teaching in King David High School and inspiring many across the Whitefield and Prestwich communities in various capacities, has given shiurim or performed part-time Rabbincal duties in over 20 schools, campuses and communities across the UK, and has taught in programs in both Yeshivat HaKotel and Ohr Sameach. In addition to having served as Maggid Shiur at Yeshivat Chachmei Angliyah for 5 summers and helped run outreach programs in the Israeli Sephardi Moshav of Petachia, Rabbi Caller is a freelance writer and editor, having published articles in various publications such as Hamodia, writes the 'Daily Wisdom' column for ShortVort.com, and has edited an array of best-selling english sefarim on the market. A former cricketer, Rabbi Caller enjoys composing music and is known for his contagious enthusiasm, positive energy and thought-out approach to learning and life.

About Rabbi Poleyeff

Rabbi Moshe Poleyeff serves as an afternoon Rebbe and the director of alumni at Gesher. He grew up in Englewood, NJ, studied at Yeshivat Sha'alvim, Yeshiva University, and the Gruss Kollel, and received his Semicha from RIETS. He has taught at MTA and Mevaseret and has worked in sales as an account executive for the PCT Network. During the summer, he is part of the administrative team of NCSY Kollel. Rabbi Poleyeff and his family live in Ramat Beit Shemesh and enjoy hosting Gesher talmidim for Shabbos.

About Rabbi Benovitz
Rabbi Yisroel Benovitz is a night Seder Rebbe at the Gesher Program. He and his wife live in the old city of Yerushalayim. Living so close to the Yeshiva gives them the opportunity to host the Gesher students for special weeknight Va'adim, Shabbos Meals, Friday night Onegs and Melava Malkas. This helps create a unique bond with the Talmidim. 
Rabbi Benovitz studied in Yeshivat Kerem B'yavneh and then received Semicha from Rav Zalman Nechemiya Goldberg. He has worked at Yeshivat Torat Shraga and spent many summers working on the NCSY Summer Kollel. More recently he has been working as the assistant director of Camp Morasha's Sulam Program. 
Rabbi Benovitz concurrently learns at Gruss Kollel, Yeshiva University's (RIETS) Kollel in Yerushalayim.

About Rabbi Zinkin

Rabbi Hillel Zinkin is a Shana Aleph morning seder rebbe, as well as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Aish Gesher. After graduating from MTA, Rabbi Zinkin learned in Yeshivat Sha’alvim. He went on to earn a B.A. in Biology from YU, a Masters in Education from Azrieli Graduate School, and Semicha from RIETS. Upon moving to Eretz Yisrael with his wife in 2001, he learned in the Gruss Kollel and Mir Yeshiva. Rabbi Zinkin was a rebbe at Yeshivat Torat Shraga for 15 years, before joining Aish Gesher. Rabbi Zinkin’s passion and excitement in his Gemara B’Iyun shiur, imbues his talmidim with a love for learning, to continue on as inspired b’nei torah. He also enjoys creating strong personal connections with each of his talmidim, to build and guide them for years to come. Rabbi Zinkin resides in Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem, with his wife and children.

I grew up in North Hollywood, California. There I attended Emek Hebrew Academy and Valley Torah High School. After completing high school I came to Israel and have lived here ever since. I've studied in a number of yeshivos including Torah Ohr, Mir and Bircas Mordechai. In 2016, I received Smicha in Hilchos Shabbos from the Rabbanut Ha'Rashit L'Yisrael. My wife and I presently live in Beitar Illit with our four beautiful children. I am privileged to spend the greater part of my day teaching in Yerushalayim, much of that in the inspiring environment at Aish HaTorah.

Rabbi Binyamin Wolff, a native of Brookline, MA, has been teaching at Aish HaTorah since 2009, and is currently an afternoon rebbe in Gesher. Like all Gesher rabbeim, he devotes himself to creating a close friendship and deep connection with his talmidim, and prays that they appreciate his sense of humor. After attending MTA, Rabbi Wolff learned in Kerem B'Yavneh and the Mir, then returning to YU where he received his B.A. and Semicha. The Wolffs have been living and teaching in the Rechavia neighborhood for the past 16 years, with their six children who love having Gesher guys over for shabbos.

About Rabbi Eade

Rabbi Moshe Chaim Eade is a Rebbe in the Aish HaTorah Gesher program. He grew up in Toronto and earned his BSc in Biology and Outdoor Education from Lakehead University. With his science and education background Moshe Chaim set out to teach seminars and lead outdoor expeditions on health and natural well being across America, Hawaii and Canada.

After arriving in Eretz Yisroel in 2004, and learning in Yeshivas Aish HaTorah and Yeshivas Mir, Rabbi Moshe Chaim received his rabbinic ordination in Yeshivas Mir in Yerushalayim with smicha from HaRav Eliezer Marberger and HaRav Yitzchok Berkovitz. Rav Moshe Chaim's warm compassionate approach to Torah learning combines the depth of Chassidus and classic Mussar teachings to bring Gemara and Halacha to life in a relevant way for today's generation.

He is a professional musician and performs spiritually uplifting concerts and kumzitzs all over the Jewish world. He is also a certified Mohel and has traveled through Europe performing brissim for underprivileged youth who would otherwise not have access to a Mohel.

Rav Moshe Chaim lives with his wife and family in the Old City of Yerushalayim and loves hosting as many students as possible in their humbly sized apartment in honor of the Holy Shabbos.

Rabbi Yosef Hershman is the Shana Bet Gemara Rebbe in the Gesher program.  After graduating from HAFTR, Rabbi Hershman studied in Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh.  He went on to earn a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Yale University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.  Upon graduation, he returned to Eretz Yisrael to spend several years learning in Mir Yeshiva, during which time he received Rabbinic Ordination. More recently, he has taught Torah in Yeshivas Tehillas Shlomo and served as Rosh Kollel of Yeshivas Ahavas Chaim.  Rabbi Hershman resides in Ramat Eshkol with his wife and children.

About Rabbi Gaynor

R Gaynor was born in London, UK to a secular family. After finishing high school, he came to Israel on Young Judea year course.

He fell in love with the Israel and was exposed to religious Jews for the first time. He decidd to spend some time at Aish HaTorah to develop his understanding and question what role his faith would take in his life. After many years of study, and internships around the world in places such as Penn State, Manchester and Johannesburg teaching for Aish, he realized that there is no better job in the world than teaching Torah. He received his rabbinic ordination from the Chief Rabbi of the Old City of Jerusalem, Rabbi Avigdor Nebenzahl.

He currently works for Gesher learning one on ones with guys in the morning, giving an afternoon halacha shiur and a daf-a-day bekius shiur to expose the students to the world of the Talmud.

He is motivated by giving the students similar help and support that he received in his religious journey.  

He lives in French Hill and looks forward to hosting the guys in the home for Shabbos.

About Rabbi Rose

Rabbi Daniel Rose grew up in Manchester, UK. After 2 years in Yeshivat Hakotel in the Old City, he returned to Manchester to study Math & Computer Science in Manchester University. During that time he worked for Aish UK in Manchester as one of the madrichim in their vibrant school’s program. He moved back to Israel after marrying his wife, Ruthie, to continue learning in the Mir. Before joining Aish to teach in Gesher he also spent time learning in the Gruss Kollel. 

As a Shoel U'Mayshiv, he enjoys getting to spend time learning with talmidim and helping them develop their skills and independence in learning. 

He also works as the Aish Branches Coordinator in Jerusalem, working with Aish staff around the world. 

He lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and 3 children and loves welcoming talmidim to join him there for Shabbos.

Rabbi Motty Berger teaches philosophy to the Gesher students and helps many students with their most difficult philosophical questions. He is a graduate of Loyola University and received his Rabbinic Ordination from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore. Prior to moving to Israel, he worked in anti-missionary activity and is the founder of Jews For Judaism. A world-renowned speaker, he is currently Senior Lecturer at Aish's Discovery, Essentials, and Fellowships programs as well as at the Executive Learning Center. He lives with his family in the Old City of Jerusalem. As the staff member who lives closest to the Gesher students, he takes special care of them and gives them a lot of quality time.

A star of the Jewish speaking circuit, Rabbi Friedman has lectured in dozens of cities around the globe, including Johannesburg, London, Montreal, Panama and throughout the East Coast of the United States. Rabbi Friedman's charisma and humor captivates audiences of all ages and inspires men and women across the Jewish spectrum. His unique ability to present Torah concepts in an intriguing yet entertaining fashion leaves his audiences thirsting for more. Rabbi Friedman currently resides with his wife and children in the French Hill neighborhood of Jerusalem.

Rabbi Asher Resnick

About Rabbi Resnick

Rabbi Asher Resnick teaches the very popular Rambam class and weekly philosophy class that discusses proof of God and Torah and addresses the big questions people have about Judaism. In addition, he spends many hours learning one on one with students, helping them be prepared to answer any questions about Judaism. He is the Educational Coordinator of Aish HaTorah's Executive Learning Center, a teacher in the Intermediate Program, and a senior Kiruv training lecturer for Aish HaTorah's Rabbinic Ordination program. He received Rabbinic Ordination from Aish HaTorah and the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem. Rabbi Resnick has lectured for the Institute of Jewish Legal and Medical Ethics in San Francisco and at the Aish HaTorah branch in New York. He graduated from UCLA with a BA in Psychology, a minor in Mathematics, and certification as a high school math teacher. He lives with his family in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Rabbi Spiro is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher for Aish HaTorah's Discovery Seminars and the Jerusalem Online University. He is the author of WorldPerfect - The Jewish Impact on Civilization published by HCI books and Crash Course in Jewish History published by Targum Press. Rabbi Spiro graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Russian Language and Literature and did graduate studies at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow. He has an MA in History from The Vermont College of Norwich University and Rabbinic Ordination from Yeshiva Aish HaTorah in Jerusalem. He has appeared on numerous radio and television programs such as B.B.C. Radio and TV., The National Geographic Channel, The History Channel, Channel 4 England and Arutz Sheva-Israel National Radio.  Born and raised in the U.S. Rabbi Spiro has lived in Israel since 1982. He served in a combat infantry unit in the IDF and currently lives in Givat Zeev with his wife and five children.

Born in Minsk, Belarus, MZ grew up in Brooklyn in an immigrant family which fled the USSR due to antisemitism. He attended public school until enrolling in the Boston College Carroll School of Management, from which he graduated with a B.S. in Operations & Business Consulting. During his time at BC, he became heavily involved in Israeli Advocacy, co-founding “Eagles for Israel.” While running diplomatic and cultural events, MZ met Rabbi Chananel Weiner, a student of Rabbi Noach Weinberg zt”l (the founder of Aish). Rabbi Weiner opened MZ’s eyes to the depth and beauty of his Jewish roots. After graduation and before jumping into the corporate world, MZ came to Aish to learn more and decided to stay, having found his calling in life. With seven years of Torah study under his belt, MZ received Rabbinical ordination from Rabbi Nachum Barowski and Rabbi Avigdor Nebenzahl. He acts as the Director of the FoundAISHons program, in which he teaches daily and serves as a mentor to students past and present. Rabbi MZ enjoys playing basketball, hiking, taking joyrides, listening to music, and teaching his kids about this wonderful world in which we live. He and his wife often host for Shabbat in their home in French Hill, Jerusalem.
